If you suspect you are missing items, please first verify whether you are logged into the correct SkyVu Network account. To check which account you are using, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the application
- From the Main Menu, select the large arrow on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select the "Profile" icon.
- Your account name will be listed at the top of the Profile screen.
- If you need to switch accounts, please select the "Log Out" button, and select the "Login or Create Account" option.
- From login screen, select "Log into an existing account" or "Log in with Facebook".
- Enter your Email or Gamer Tag, along with your password or if you used your Facebook account, enter your Facebook details when prompted.
- If you need help resetting SkyVu Network the password, please submit a ticket by clicking here and our support team will be able to assist you.
If you have checked all relevant accounts and the items are still missing, please note that we have a no item reimbursement policy, however, if the missing items are real money purchases and you did not receive the currency but your payment method was charged, please submit a ticket for assistance. Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt or transaction ID number when contacting us about such purchases.
FYI only to developers on working bugs out of the greatest mobile game ever!(i am not expecting any handouts but wouldnt turn any down) I just got to level 13 it awarded 1 key, i touched the key before clicking ok and....《Poof!》no key and no earnings from last round. This has happened 2 levels before (lv.5&lv.8), and i am not that great of a pwner yet...The special chests always disappear when i try to open them immediately after aquisition from challenge mode, no degradation period whatsoever. Love the game, hard to control on galaxy tab3. Keep the awesome BB universe comin'! ~~charlie hendricks
