If you suspect you are missing items, please first verify whether you are logged into the correct SkyVu Network account. To check which account you are using, please follow the steps below:
- Launch the application
- From the Main Menu, select the large arrow on the left hand side of the screen.
- Select the "Profile" icon.
- Your account name will be listed at the top of the Profile screen.
- If you need to switch accounts, please select the "Log Out" button, and select the "Login or Create Account" option.
- From login screen, select "Log into an existing account" or "Log in with Facebook".
- Enter your Email or Gamer Tag, along with your password or if you used your Facebook account, enter your Facebook details when prompted.
- If you need help resetting SkyVu Network the password, please submit a ticket by clicking here and our support team will be able to assist you.
If you have checked all relevant accounts and the items are still missing, please note that we have a no item reimbursement policy, however, if the missing items are real money purchases and you did not receive the currency but your payment method was charged, please submit a ticket for assistance. Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt or transaction ID number when contacting us about such purchases.
