Change or Reset Password

If you have forgotten your BATTLE BEARS account password or wish to change it, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Launch the application.
  2. From the Main Menu, select "Options" in the top left hand corner.
  3. At the bottom of the Options screen, either select "Sign Out" or "Log In Or Create An Account"
    - If you "Sign Out", start over from Step 2 once you are taken back to the Main Menu.
  4. At the bottom of the "Create New Account" window, select the "Use Existing Login" option. 
  5. From the "Log In With Existing Account" window, select the "Forgot Password?" option.
  6. Now enter your BATTLE BEARS account email address and press "Send!".
  7. Check your email for instructions for resetting your password.
    *You may need to look in your Junk/Spam folders for the email. If you did not receive one, please submit a ticket and we'll assist you.

    Me 2 like when I always send something in to my email i make sure it's always right but nothing in spawn folder

    Kind of disappointed in SkyVu. They seem like a pretty big company but they have a account issues that hasn't been fixed for over an year? Wth guys, i love your games and all but you guys gotta focus on the customer service more. I already lost an account before and had to start over, but i got iphone 6 plus and i have to restart the whole f*ing thing?! Get your s* together, ive been playing BBG for almost over 3 years and no improvment on BBG.

    Ive been playing since battle bears royale and i had this really good account that i forgot the password to, but whenever i try to send the reset email it says 'request timed out' PLEASE HELP
