If you claimed a gas offer from the offer wall but have not received the gas, you'll need to contact NativeX directly for assistance. From the free gas offer wall, simply press the "Need help?" icon found in the bottom right hand corner (you may need to swipe to the bottom of the page). This will open up an FAQ. Make sure you read all of the FAQ to see if it covers any of the issues you may be experiencing. If they do not and you need further assistance, under the "Paid for offers can take up to 48 hours to verify. Who do I contact?" section, you'll find a link to email NativeX for assistance. Be sure to include:
- Name of the offer(s) you are experiencing issues with.
- If it is in regards to a "paid for" offer, please provide confirmation that the offer has been completed.
- Please also include a short description of the issue you are experiencing.
