Skins earned and bought during soft launch can be transferred to the player's Global Release account.
There are some Soft Launch skins which will not feature in the Global Release, in these cases the players will receive Gas Cans as compensation for this removal.
In the case of Heroes, players will need to re-earn Treasure Map Heroes (e.g. Wil, Riggs, Tillman). ALL non-Treasure Map Heroes (Necromancer, Saberi, Huggable and Astoria) can be restored to the new profile.
Gas Cans purchased in the soft launch period will be restored to player accounts, you will have the chance to spend these once again.
Soft Launch Players will need to email Customer Support at softlaunch@battlebears.com with their soft launch emails to initiate the inventory transfer process.
Additionally, users with the Beta Tester role on the official Battle Bears Discord can contact us through Discord or through softlaunch@battlebears.com to receive a redeem code they can use in Battle Bears Heroes for a reward.
